Bringing Experience, Insight & Innovation
Mark joins us with significant experience in engineering and leadership, including at AW-Lake, where he led teams in both technical and executive roles. With a degree in Biomedical Engineering and a focus on Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, he blends deep technical knowledge with a strong strategic mindset.
At AW-Lake, Mark has experience as Director of Engineering, driving innovation and product development before stepping into the General Manager role for over a decade, where he successfully steered business growth and operational improvements. His ability to see both the big picture and the technical details makes him a valuable addition to our team.
